  16. Sorry for the missunderstandable formulation. I've told about the 040
  17. version of the card. And the problem, you can't use the most important MMU
  18. using programs is a big minus on the decision to buy the card.

  20. But i have only tested it on a A3000 desktop with on of the latest board
  21. revisions. I can't make any report on the Apollo 4040 or 4060 in an A4000.

  27. I've told about the internal A3000 SCSI controller. The WD-Chip must be
  28. placed in a adaptor socket with a small wire to the Apollo card. The pin
  29. the wire is placed on the adaptor socket is removed. An ACT (Apollo
  30. manfacturer) engineer told me, I must be to get a signal the A3000 havn't
  31. on the processor socket. He told me too, the SCSI address of the A3000
  32. SCSI- controler is moved (I guess, the internal hardware address) to
  33. diverse the necessary signal.
  34. To do this on the software side the 68040.library is patched.
